Mary Woodbury
Mary Woodbury’s background consists of B.A.s in both English and anthropology, from Purdue University. She runs Moon Willow Press, a niche book publisher in British Columbia whose motto is helping to sustain forests while celebrating the written word. Mary is also the curator at Eco-fiction.com and Dragonfly.eco, sites that explore how nature and literature intersect. She is a guest author at SFFWorld.com, Free Word Centre, and ClimateCultures.net. Mary’s debut novel, under pen name Clara Hume, Back to the Garden, was originally published in the fall of 2012. It’s being revised into the first part of the Wild Mountain series, due out in the fall of 2018. The second part of the series, To the Waters and the Wild is a nod to Yeats and Mary’s memorable visit to the west coast of Ireland in 2016 (another adventure that included her mom!).
